Ingredients

For Cleaning:

• 1 pound strawberries
• water
• baking soda

For the Strawberry Juice:

• ice
• 2-3 cups water
• ¼ cup sugar
• juice of 1 lime

Instructions

Clean the Strawberries:

1. Wash 1 pound of strawberries in water with baking soda to remove any impurities.
2. Remove the green tops and stems.

Blend the Juice:

1. Add the cleaned strawberries to a blender.
2. Add a small handful of ice, 2–3 cups cold water, ¼ cup sugar, and the juice of 1 lime.
3. Blend until smooth.

Serve:

1. Pour the strawberry juice into serving glasses.
2. Top with finely diced strawberries for added texture.
