After a period without lahma, the phrase became his personal expression that eventually evolved into a signature part of his cooking videos and a phrase loved by a growing community. “Lahma” (لحمة), meaning meat in Arabic, represents the humor, personality, and connection shared through a love of Egyptian food and culture.
